Wareham Seeking to Repeat Win Over Y-D

Last night the Wareham Gatemen had an incredible win over the Y-D Red Sox with a final score of 11-5. Y-D is first in the East Division, and is second in the league, only behind Cotuit.
Tonight, they take on the Bourne Braves at home. Bourne and Wareham stand in the third and fourth spots in the West Division going into today’s matchup.
Michael Sansone (Fairfield) will be on the bump for the Gatemen. The lefty is hoping to pick up his first win of the season, as he is currently 0-2 for the season with a no-decision as well. He currently posts a 5.26 ERA, with 17 strikeouts in his 13.2 innings of work for the Gatemen.
Cade Boxrucker (Campbell) is Bourne’s predicted starter. The starter is 0-0 in his two starts for Bourne, and is also looking for his first win of the season.
First pitch is 6:00pm at Spillane Field in Wareham. After the game, players will be available for autographs for anyone interested!
