The Gatemen are back at home on Tuesday night for the second of six matchups against the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. Wareham comes into the game off a 4-4 comeback tie against manager Ryan Smyth’s former team, the Brewster Whitecaps.

The last time the two teams met, the Harbor Hawks took down the Gatemen 11-5 at the Wareham home opener. Since then, the Gatemen have picked up three more wins, including a huge comeback win in extras against the Bourne Braves.

The Harbor Hawks’ 4-4-0 record has them sitting in the middle of the pack in the West Division behind Wareham and the Cotuit Kettleers.

Coleman Picard (Bryant) gets the start on the bump for Wareham, his second of the season. In his first outing against the Harwich Mariners, Picard threw four innings and kept a perfect ERA. The Bulldog’s righty only allowed five hits and two walks, but escaped unharmed.

First pitch is set for 6 p.m with pregame coverage on the Gatemen Baseball Network YouTube page beginning at 5:40.
