Wareham’s pitching staff got back on track on Friday, but the Gatemen was unable to follow suit. The Gatemen’s trio of arms comprised of Mason Feole, Dalton Roach, and Brett Conine combined to allow just two runs to a potent Commodores lineup but it proved not to be enough as Wareham fell to Falmouth, 2-1, at Guv Fuller Field.

Wareham’s chances at a crucial Western Division win on Wednesday took a hit barely two innings into the ball game. On a beautiful Wednesday afternoon for baseball at Lowell Park, the Gatemen were shutout by Cotuit, 4-0, as the Kettleers combined for a four-hit shutout of Wareham.
