After the Gatemen’s win last night over the Cotuit Kettleers, the two teams will meet again, this time at Lowell Park in Cotuit. Despite pulling out a win, the Gatemen are officially out of the 2022 CCBL playoffs, bringing their season to an end on Tuesday of this week.
Will Kroger is Wareham’s probable starter in this third-to-last game of the 2022 season for the Gatemen. The sophomore out of Louisville has pitched a total of 5.0 innings against Cotuit over 21 batters, giving up four earned runs on four hits.
Carson Swilling (Auburn) will be on the mound for Cotuit tonight, and has an 0-1 record on the season. He holds a 7.83 ERA over his five appearances, one of which was a start.
First pitch is set for 4:30pm in Cotuit.
