Red Sox Foundation and MGH Home Base Program helps CCBL Celebrate “Red Shirt Fridays”

CSS_HOME_BASE_all_logos-nrFriday night, July 17th, is “Red Shirt Friday” for the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL). Each CCBL home team will wear red shirts in support of our troops. Now in its sixth year of Red Shirt Fridays, the CCBL is partnering with the Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Home Base Program for a second season. Members of the Home Base team will be attending several Friday games throughout the season and acting as a resource for veterans and their families.

At our home game on Friday, the first pitch will be thrown out by Angela Cincis, First Lieutenant, Military Police with the Massachusetts Army National Guard and Veteran Outreach Coordinator for the Home Base Program.
